Screen: Login
Username and Password
Username is your full email address ex. spam@dreamscape.com ,
Fill in the password you have set or the password that was emailed
to
you. If you do not know your password or need to reset your password,
put in your full email address in the username, then click on "Create
New Password". This will then send you an email with a new
password.

Filter Settings
- If you have a large quarantine inbox then you can use the filter settings at the top to select only certain emails based on the filter.
Quarantined Email
- This is
a list of emails that were marked as spam. To
view the contents of the Email, just click on the
particular Email which will bring up a new window
where you can view the whole email including the email
headers and the Score the email recieved.
- Actions that can be taken on one email click on the link to the right of the email.
- Deliver - Will deliver the email to your regular email account
- Whitelist - Will mark the sender as someone you always want email from and will not classify it as spam again
- Delete - will delete the email
- To take actions on multiple emails mark every email you want to take an action on and use the buttons at the top left

- Change the
password used to access the user quarantine interface
by entering the information requested and clicking "Save
Password".

Screen: Quarantine Enable / Disable
- Quarantine Enable/Disable is used to turn on/off quarantine for your account. If enabled, messages are quarantined on the server and a notification email is sent. If disabled, messages that would have been quarantined have their subject line tagged and delivered to your normal email address.

Spam Filter Enable/Disable is used to turn on/off spam scanning for email messages to your account. If enabled, messages are scanned on the server for spam and blocked, quarantined, or tagged based on the results. If disabled, messages are not scanned for spam and will be passed through to your normal email account.

Spam Scoring
- Use System
Defaults is used to indicate whether you would like
to use the system wide defaults, or your custom settings.
We recommend leaving it set to "Yes"
Current Scoring Levels
- Tag email is used to indicate what level you would like the current spam tag to be added to your message subject line.
- Quarantine email is used to indicate what level you would like messages to be quarantined.
- Block email is used to indicate what level you would like to block messages.

- Add any senders
that you wish to "whitelist" here. Emails
or domains put here will not get Spam Filtered.

or domains put here will always be treated as Spam.

- Quarantine Notification controls how often a status email is sent informing you of messages in your quarantine.
